RESERVING FOR ICE AND COLD STORAGE PLANT SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN ILOILO CITY, PANAY ISLAND
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Ice and Cold Storage Plant site purposes, under the administration of the Philippines Fisheries Commission, subject to private rights, if any there be, a parcel of Land of the public domain, situated I Iloilo City, Island Panay, more particularly described in Bureau of Lands Plan NR-227, as follows:
“A parcel of land (as shown on plan NR-227), situated in the City of Iloilo, Island of Panay. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2. By Lot 641, Iloilo Cad.; on the NE., along line 2-3, by Rizal street; on the E., a one line -4, by property of Natalia Evangelista; on the SW., along line 4-5, by Iloilo Street; on the NE., along line 6-1, by Lot 461, Iloilo Cad. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 77 deg. 32’W., 633.73 m. from B. L. L. M. 1, Iloilo Cad.,
