EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 178 DATED MARCH 4, 1967, A PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION BUILDING SITE PURPOSES.
By virtue of the powers bested in me by law, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of proclamation No. 178 dated March 4, 1967 which reserved a parcel of land of the private domain situated in Quezon City for Land Transportation Commission building site purposes, a portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for building site purposes of the Public Service Commission, under the administration of the Public Service Commissioner, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 1-A of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd being a portion of Lot 1, Psd-11494, L.R.C. (GLRO) Rec. No. 7681) situated in the District of Diliman, Quezon City. Bounded on the NE., points 15-16, by Lot 1-8 of the subdivision plan; on the Se., and SW.; Points 16-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14 by Lot 3, Psd-11494; on the NW., points 14-15 by Lot 1-B of the subdivision plan.
