DECLARING TUESDAY, MAY 28, 1968, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CABA, LA UNION.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, May 28, 1968, marks the 205th death anniversary of Diego Silang, one of our foremost national heroes; and

WHEREAS, the people of Caba, La union, where he was born should be afford the opportunity to pay fitting homage to the hero;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines do hereby declare Tuesday, May 28, 1968, as a special public holiday in Caba, La Union.1aшphi1
