[ Proclamation No. 394, May 10, 1968 ]

AUTHORIZING THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF PUERTICULTURE CENTERS OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN FROM MAY 16 TO JUNE 15, 1968.

WHEREAS, the National League of Puerticulture Centers of the Philippines, Inc. has served the health needs of indigents through its 967 puerticulture centers and maternity houses all over the country; and

WHEREAS, the movement is a worthy instrument in bringing about a healthy way of life among the poor and deserves full support and assistance;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the National League of Puerticulture Centers of the Philippines, Inc., to conduct an educational and fund campaign from May 16 to June 15, 1968. I urge that puerticulture centers may continue with their humanitarian work.
