BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

[ Proclamation No. 393, April 30, 1968 ]

RESERVING FOR SETTLEMENT AND DISPOSITION UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL OF THE LAND AUTHORITY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CATANAUAN AND BUENAVISTA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Governor of the Land Authority and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for settlement and disposition under the administration and control of the Land Authority, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain transferred to it by the Armed Forces of the Philippines in an agreement executed by and between the Armed Forces of the Philippines, as transferor, and the Land Authority as transferee, dated June 20, 1967, situated in the Municipalities of Catanauan and Buenavista, Province of Quezon, Island of Luzon, more particularly described as follows:

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONS

“A parcel of land situated in the municipalities of Catanauan and Buenavista, province of Quezon, with the following boundaries:

“On the north, bounded by Prop. D.C. Project No. 23-F applied for by Veterans Association of Atimonan Quezon; on the East, bounded by unclassified and declared timberland and watershed; on the South, bounded by timberland and watershed formerly portion of Project 23, Block D, L.C. 243, and Proj. No. 23-D, Block 11 which is alienable and disposable; on the West, bounded by Proj. No. 23-D, Block VI respectively which are alienable and disposable.”

“Containing an approximate area of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED (1,700) hectares.1aшphi1

Subject to future survey.”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
