MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 389, April 24, 1968 ] REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 272 DATED MARCH 6, 1956, WHICH RESERVED A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN IN DAVAO CITY FOR CITY GOVERNMENT OFFICE PURPOSES, AND RESERVING THE SAME AREA COVERED THEREBY FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES. Pursuant to Section 64 (c) of the Revised Administrative Code, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation N. 272 dated March 6, 1956, and reserve the area covered thereby for school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools.
