AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF THE PHILIPPINE COMMITTEE TO UNDERTAKE PREPARATIONS FOR OBSERVANCE OF INTERNATIONAL YEAR FOR HUMAN RIGHTS 1968.
The composition of the Committee created under Proclamation No. 315 dated December 15, 1967, is hereby amended to include the following as additional members thereof:
