RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED AT BAGOBANTAY, QUEZON CITY, AS SITE FOR THE HOME FOR THE AGED AND INFIRM UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE ADMINISTRATION.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve as Home for the Aged and Infirm site purposes under the administration of the Social Welfare Administrator, subject to private rights, if any there be, a parcel of land of the private domain situated at Bagobantay, Quezon City, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 4 Block 17 of the subdivision plan Psd-__ being a portion of Lot 13, Block 6, Psd-72308, L.R.C. (GLRO) Rec. No. 7681) situated in the District of Bagobantay, Quezon City. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2, by Lot 2, Block 17; on the N., along line 2-3, by Lot 1, Block 17; on the E., along line 3-4, by Lot 1, Block 17; on the S., and SW., along line 4-5-6-1, by Road Lot. Beginning at point marked “1” on plan, being N. 20 deg. 21’ W., 2281.53 from B.L.L.M. No. 7, Quezon City;

thence N. 12 deg. 37’ E., 64.00 m. to point 2;

thence S. 77 deg. 23 E., 151.65 m. to point 3;

thence S. 12 deg. 37’ W., 71.00 m. to point 4;

thence N. 77 deg. 23 W., 38.65 m. to point 5;

thence N. 32 deg. 23 W., 9.91 m. to point 6;

thence N. 77 deg. 23’ W., 105.00 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of TEN THOUSAND SQUARE METERS AND SIXTY SQUARE DECIMETERS (10,000.60) subject to future survey.1aшphi1
