MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 378, April 8, 1968 ] RESERVING FOR PORT FACILITY SITE PURPOSES UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE NORTH HARBOR, DISTRICT OF TONDO, CITY OF MANILA. Upon the recommendation of the Tondo Foreshore Development Committee created under Administrative Order No. 92, series of 1967, and pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 1967, as amended by Republic Act o. 2439 and the Public Land Act, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or disposition and reserve for port facility sire purposes under the administration of the Commissioner of Customs, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the North Harbor, District of Tondo, City of Manila, bounded on the North by the proposed Roxas Boulevard Extension; on the West by a line one-hundred (100) meters parallel to and east of the existing marginal bulkhead; on the South by the existing bulkhead at Slip “0”; and on the East by a line two hundred (200) meters parallel to and East of the existing marginal bulkhead, as shown in the attached plan.
