EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 423, DATED JULY 12, 1957, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PASIG, TAGUIG, AND PARAÑAQUE, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AND PASAY CITY, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUIG AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR NATIONAL SCIENCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD BUILDING SITE AND SCIENCE COMMUNITY SITE PURPOSES.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 423, dated July 12, 1957 which established the Fort Andres Bonifacio Military Reservation, situated in the Municipalities of Pasig, Taguig and Parañaque, Province of Rizal, and Pasay City, a certain portion of the land embraced therein situated in the municipality of Taguig and reserve the same for building site and science community site purposes under the administration of the Chairman of the National Science Development Board, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (the Proposed Site of the National Science Development Board and Science Community, being a portion of Lot 3-B-1-A of plan BSD-11810), situated in the Municipality of Taguig, Province of Rizal, bounded on the S., along lines 1-2-3-4-5, by Manila Creek; on the W., N., and E., along lines 5-6-7-8-9-10, by remaining portion of plan Bsd-11810; on the E., along line 10-11, by remaining portion of plan Psu-2-31 (Fort Bonifacio) and proposed Santos Avenue; and on the S. and E., along lines 11-12-13-14-1, by proposed site of the Philippine College of Commerce.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached Sketch Plan, being S. 46 deg. 44 min. E., 7,004.08 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Maricaban, Pasay City;

thence S. 85 Deg. 09 min. W., 69.27 meters to point 2;

thence N. 51 deg. 17 min. W., 70.20 meters to point 3;

thence N. 89 deg. 57 min. W., 58.83 meters to point 16;

thence N. 0 deg. 01 min. W., 125.58 meters to point 17;

thence N. 61 deg. 54 min. E., 300.96 meters to point 18;

thence N. 5 deg. 59 min. W., 42.91 meters to the point of beginning, containing an area of Fifty six thousand two hundred eighteen (56,218) square meters.1aшphi1

All points referred to are indicate on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: point 1, by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; points 2,4 5, 14, 17 and 18, by Trees; point by P.S. Cyl. Conc. mon.; and the rest, by Stakes; bearing true; date of Survey, Feb. 18-20, 1968 and approved on Feb. 22, 1968.

NOTE: This lot is a portion of Lot 392, Muntinlupa Estate,
