WHEREAS, Saturday, April 13, 1968, may be declared special public holiday without detriment to the public service;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Saturday, April 13, 1968, as special public holiday.1aшphi1
