EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 217 DATED FEBRUARY 16, 1929, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CENTRAL CORDILLERA FOREST RESERVE, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN WITHIN THE PROVINCES OF NUEVA VIZCAYA AND PANGASINAN, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION AS ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 217, dated February 16, 1929 which established the Central Cordillera Forest Reserve, a portion of the land embraced therein situated within the Province of Nueva Vizcaya and Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, and declare the same open to disposition as alienable and disposable under the Public Land Act, as amended, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A portion of land, situated in the Barrios of Malico, Salacsac, Municipality of San Nicolas, Province of Pangasinan, and the municipality of Imugan, province of Nueva Vizcaya Island of Luzon; bounded on the N., S., E., and W., by Unclassified Public Forest; Beginning at a point marked “1” on the Plan being s. 83 deg. 58’ W., 13, 095.75 m. from B.L.L.M. No. ,1 Municipality of Imugan, Province of Nueva Vizcaya;
Thence, Due North, 7,000.00 m. to point 2;
” Due East, 9,000.00 m. to point 3;
” Due South, 7,000.00 m. to point 4;
” Due West, 9,000.00 m. to point of
beginning, containing an area of six hundred thousand THREE HUNDRED (6,300.00) HECTARES, more or less.1aшphi1
Subject to the concurrence of Congress pursuant to Rep. Act No. 3092, All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground.
