DECLARING THE LAST WEEK OF MARCH 1968 AS LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY WEEK.

WHEREAS, the third week of February of every year has been designated as Livestock and Poultry Week under Proclamation No. 640 dated January 19, 1960; and

WHEREAS, the offices and entities concerned need preparation for the proper observance of the Week this year;

NOW, THEREFORE, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the last week of March this year as Livestock and Poultry Week.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
