DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 16, 1968, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN DAVAO CITY.

WHEREAS, Saturday, March 16, 1968, marks the thirty-first anniversary of the founding of Davao City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the City should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Saturday, March 15, 1968, as a special public holiday in Davao City.1aшphi1
