DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM MARCH 1 TO OCTOBER 31, 1963 AS FIRE PREVENTION CONSCIOUSNESS PERIOD.

WHEREAS, the International Fire Chiefs’ Association of Asia will hold its first conference in Quezon City in October 1968; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable that public attention be focused on the importance of fire prevention in national development;

NOW THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from March 1 to October 31, 1968, as Fire Prevention Consciousness Period.1aшphi1
