MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 356, February 27, 1968 ] AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF THE PHILIPPINE COMMITTEE TO UNDERTAKE PREPARATIONS FOR THE PROPER OBSERVANCE OF 1968 AS INTERNATIONAL YEAR FOR HUMAN RIGHTS. The Committee created under Proclamation No. 315 dated December 15, 1967, to undertake preparations for proper observance of 1968 as International Year for Human Rights is hereby amended to include Mr. Alejandro Roces, Chairman, UNESCO-P.I. National Commission, as member thereof.
