DECLARING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1968, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CEBU CITY.

WHEREAS, Saturday, February 24, 1968, marks the thirty-first anniversary of the founding of Cebu City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the City should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Saturday, February 24, 1968, as a special public holiday Cebu City.1aшphi1
