RESERVING FOR THE LEYTE FISH NURSERY PROJECT, A PORTION OF PUBLIC LANDS SITUATED AT LEYTE, LEYTE, ISLAND OF LEYTE, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE COMMISSION OF FISHERIES.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 73 of Act No. 4003, as amended, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for Fish Nursery Project Site purposes and for such other purposes as would develop the fishpond industry, under the administration of Fisheries Commission, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain portion of public land situated in the Municipality of Leyte, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte and more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land (as shown on plan Nr-200, L.R.C. Record No. ____), situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Leyte, Province of Leyte. Bounded on the E. and S., along lines 1-2-3, by Public Land; on the S., along lines 2-4-5-6-7-8-9-1–11, by Sarengsing Creek; on the W., along line 11-12, by Naga River; and on the N., along line 12-1, by Estero. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 48 deg. 58’W., 11226.67 m. from M.B.M. 3, Capoocan Pls-719-D,
