MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 352, February 22, 1968 ] ESTABLISHING AS BUREAU OF FORESTRY-CENTRAL IN MINDANAO UNIVERSITY-MOUNTAIN VIEW COLLEGE EXPERIMENTAL AND EDUCATIONAL FOREST RESERVE, A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALENCIA PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 if the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3902, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish and proclaim as FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of land of the public domain known as the BUREAU OF FORESTRY-CENTRAL MINDANAO UNIVERSITY-MOUNTAIN VIEW COLLEGE EXPERIMENTAL FOREST, located in the Municipality of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon, Island of Mindanao, and described in B.F. Map No. BR 146, containing an approximate area of eight thousand two hundred fifty three (8, 253) hectares, for educational, experimental and watershed protection purposes, under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry.
