RESERVING FOR COURT BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE OF COTABATO A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GENERAL SANTOS, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the power vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for court building site purposes under the administration of the Secretary of Justice, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of General Santos, province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which is particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 9041-A of the subdivision plan Csd-7206, being a portion of Lot 9041, Lasedeco Farm Lots, Pls-209-D, L.R.C. Record No. ___), situated in the Barrio of Lagao, Municipality of General Santos, Province of Cotabato. Bounded on the S., along 1-2, by Lot 9041-B of the subdivision plan, and on the W., N. and E., along lines 2-3-4-5-1, by Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 20 deg. 59’ E., 682.68 m. from B.L.L.M. 6, Lasedeco Farm Lots, Pls-209-D,
thence N. 86 deg. 48’ W., 168.39 m. to point 2;
thence N. 6 deg. 43’ W., 100.72 m. to point 3;
thence N. 89 deg. 52’ W., 172.71 m. to point 4;
thence S. 0 deg. 02’ W., 15.22 m. to point 5;
thence S. 9 deg. 50’ W., 96.00 m. to the point;
of beginning; containing an area of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND AND SIXTY-EIGHT (18,068) Square Meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: point 1 by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mon. and the rest by Old P.L.S./M.L.S.A. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; date of the original survey, Jan. 1, 1948-Aug. 15, 1959, and that of the subdivision survey, September 14, 1962, and approved on June 25, 1963.
