RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF PASAY, ISLAND OF LUZON, FOR ORPHANAGE SITE PURPOSES OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE ADMINISTRATION.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the Manila International Airport a certain parcel of land embraced in the said airport situated in the City of Pasay, Island of Luzon, and reserve the same, subject to private rights, if any there be, for orphanage site purposes under the administration of the Social Welfare Administration, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Portion of Lot 1, Swo-40417 and shown on plan Swo-41030), situated in the City of Pasay.1aшphi1 Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3, by Portion of Lot 1, Swo-40417 (Proposed Road); on the SE., and SW., along lines 3-4-5, by portion of Lot 1 of the Swo-40417; and on the NW., along line 5-1, by Abandoned property of the Manila Railroad Company. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 0 deg. 51' E., 2036.76 m. from B.B.M. 8, Pasay Cad.;

thence S. 44 deg. 47' E., 59.40 m. to point 2;

thence S. 60 deg. 19' E., 59.22 m. to point 3;

thence S. 29 deg. 39' W., 183.53 m. to point 4;

thence N. 60 deg. 05' W., 89.96 m. to point 5;

thence N. 19 deg. 16' E., 202.39 m. to the point

beginning; containing an approximate area of TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) Square Meters.
