[ Proclamation No. 349, February 22, 1968 ]

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 464 DATED DECEMBER 5, 1957, AND PROCLAMATION NO. 188 DATED DECEMBER 27, 1954 WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN IN THE DISTRICT OF INTRAMUROS, CITY OF MANILA, FOR NATIONAL MUSEUM BUILDING SITE PURPOSES, RESPECTIVELY, AND OPENING THE LANDS COVERED THEREBY TO DISPOSITION UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5169.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 454 dated December 5, 1957, as Proclamation No. 186 dated December 27, 1965, which reserved certain parcels of land of the private domain in Intramuros, Manila, for National Economic Council and National Museum building site purposes, and open the lands covered thereby to disposition under the provisions of Republic Act No. 5169.
