EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 743 SERIES OF 1934, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE SEMI-TEMPERATURE FRUIT EXPERIMENT STATION RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE HOMESTEAD PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 743, series of 1934, which established the Semi-Temperate Fruit Experiment Station Reservation situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition under the homestead provisions of the Public Land Act, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the NE., and E., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Public Land; on the SE., S., and SW., along lines 4-5-6-7 by Lt. Tacay Road; and on the NW., and N., along lines 7-8-1 by Lot 7, Swo-40854 (Modesto Siapol).
Bearings true.
Proclamation No.892, dated October 23, 1967 which revoked Proclamation No. 208, series of 1955, as amended by Proclamation Nos. 302, 510, both series of 1950, and reverted the area embraced therein to its former status as a part or the Semi-Temperate Fruit Experiment Station Reservation is hereby amended accordingly.
