AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 345 DATED FEBRUARY 20, 1968, WHICH RESERVED FOR MICROWAVE RELAY STATION STATE PURPOSES OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CANIAO, MUNICIPALITY OF BANTAY, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for microwave relay station site purposes under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines or which may be leased for the same purposes when the public interests requires it, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Caniao, municipality of Bantay, province of Ilocos Sur, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 77 deg. 29' E., 10498.00 m. from B.L.L.M. 1 Municipality of Bantay, Ilocos Sur;
