RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF TONDO, MANILA, FOR HOUSING PROJECT SITE PURPOSES.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for housing project site purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, under the administrative of the People’s Homesite and Housing Corporation, a parcel of land of the private domain of the Government situated in the district of Tondo, Manila, Island of Luzon, and are particularly described as follows:
(Proposed Housing Project)
“A PARCEL OF LAND situated in the District of Tondo, City of Manila, Bounded on the S., by Pananga Street; on the N., by Estero de Sunog Apog; on the West by the Estero de Sunog Apog; and on the E., by Gen. Lukban Extension, containing an area of Twenty Four Thousand Two hundred fourteen (24,214) Square Meters, more or less.
NOTE: This technical description is subject to future survey.”
Proclamation No. 738 dated March 9, 1961, is hereby revoked.
