DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 1968, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN BAGO CITY.

WHEREAS, Monday, February 19, 1968, marks the foundation anniversary of Bago City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Bago City should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate the milestone in their City’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Monday, February 19, 1968, as a special holiday in Bago City.1aшphi1
