EXTENDING THE FIRST NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND DRIVE OF THE BARRIO BOOK FOUNDATION, INC. UP TO FEBRUARY 28, 1968.

WHEREAS, the Barrio Book Foundation, Inc. was authorized to conduct a national educational and fund drive from October 1 to December 31, 1967, under Proclamation No. 276; and

WHEREAS, the Foundation needs an extension of the period of its fund drive to meet the P500,000.00 goal needed to carry on its meritorious mission of establishing a revolving testbook fund for barrio high schools throughout the Philippines;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in my by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund drive of the Barrio Book Foundation, Inc., up to February 28, 1968.1aшphi1
