RESERVING FOR FISHERIES STATION SITE AND OTHER PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED AT BARRIO STA. LUCIA, PAGADIAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.
Upon the recommendations of Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for fishery station site and other purposes, under the administration of the Fisheries Commission, subject to private rights, if any there be, a parcel of public domain, situated in the Barrio of Sta. Lucia, town of Pagadian, province of Zamboanga del Sur, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Plan Nr-184, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND (as shown on plan Mr-184), situated in Barrio Sta. Lucia, Municipality of Pagadian, province of Zamboanga del Sur. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Ts-250, Pagadian Townsite; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Balagtas Street; on the SE., along lines 3-4-5 by Seaside Boulevard; and on the SW., along lines 5-6-1 M. Araullo Street Ext. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 7 deg. 17’E., 631.29 from B.L.L.M. No. 3, Mp. of Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur.
thence N. 76 deg. 28’ E., 89.32 m. to point 2;
thence S. 12 deg. 52’ E., 47.01 m. to point 3;
thence S. 32 deg. 03’ W., 4.26 m. to point 4;
