[ Proclamation No. 335, January 25, 1968 ]

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 793 DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1961, WHICH INCLUDED CERTAIN PORTIONS OF LAND AND THE NAUJAN LAKE PROPER (WATER ARMA) FROM THE NAUJAN LAKE NATIONAL PARK AND RESTORING THE LAKE PROPER AS PART OF THE NAUJAN LAKE NATIONAL PARK.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, president of the Philippines, do hereby revoke proclamation no. 793 dated September 29, 1961, which excluded certain portions of land and the Naujan Lake proper (water Area) from the Naujan lake national park, and restore the Naujan lake proper to its original status is part of the Naujan lake national park, which shall be open to fishing by small fishermen in accordance with rules and regulations to be promulgated by Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources upon the recommendation of the Director of Parks and Wildlife and the Commissioner of Fisheries.
