REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 400 DATED MARCH 31, 1957, WHICH RESERVED FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF MANILA, AND OPENING THE AREA COVERED THEREBY TO DISPOSITION UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5169.

Upon the recommendation of the Presidential Committee to Take Charge of the Disposal of Valuable Government Properties, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 400 dated March 31, 1957, which reserved for building site purposes of the Department of Commerce and Industry certain parcels of the private domain of the Government, more specifically described therein, comprising Lots Nos. 8 and 9, Block No. 2135, situated in the City of Manila, and open the are covered thereby to disposition under Republic Act No. 4169.
