RESERVING FOR NATIONAL SHRINE PURPOSES TO BE KNOWN AS THE “MABINI SHRINE” – CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF PANDACAN, CITY OF MANILA.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for national shrine purposes to be known as the “Mabini Shrine” under the administration of the National Historical Commission, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the private domain situated in the District of Pandacan, City of Manila, more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND ( the proposed Site for the MABINI SHRINE), situated at the former Bureau of Animal Industry Compound, Pandacan, City of Manila. Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9, by Pasig River; on the E., along line 9-10, by Proposed Mabini Bridge; on the SW., along line 10-11, by former Bureau of Animal Industry Compound and Existing Road. Beginning at appoint marked “1” on the attached Sketch Plan,
