DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 18, 1967, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF ILOILO.

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Iloilo should be given full opportunity to celebrate the birthday anniversary of Graciano Lopez Jaena, one of our outstanding patriots;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Monday, December 18, 1967, as a special public holiday in the City of Iloilo.
