ESTABLISHING AS PAN-AS FALLS-HAYIBAN WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN PER B.F. MAP NO. WR-11, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG AND MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, PHILIPPINES.
Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish and proclaim as PAN-AS FALLS-HAYIBAN WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE, to protect and conserve the headwaters of Calbayog City Waterworks, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcels of public domain located in the City of Calbayog and Municipality of Catarman, Province of Samar, Philippines, under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of the said forest reservation and the cutting, collection and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations.
