REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 100 DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 1966, WHICH RESERVED A PARCEL OF LAND IN MALATE, CITY OF MANILA, AND CITY OF PASAY FOR PHILIPPINE CULTURAL CENTER SITE PURPOSES AND RESERVING ANOTHER PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR THE SAID CENTER.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 100 dated September 10, 1966, which reserved for Philippine Cultural Center site purposes a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the District of Malate, City of Manila, and City of Pasay, and reserve another parcel of land situated in the District of Malate, City of Manila, and City of Pasay, for said Center, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (as shown on plan Swo-40880), situated in the District of Malate, City of Manila, and City of Pasay, Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Roxas Boulevard; on the SE., along line 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, by Public Land (Reclaimed area) and along line 5-6 by Manila Bay along existing breakwater on the SW., along 6-7 by Manila Bay; on the NW., along line 7-8 by Manila Bay; and along line 8-1 by Lot 4 of plan Swo-18580. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 73 deg. 40' W., 392.21 m. from C. B. M. 2, Manila Cadastre;
thence S. 21 deg. 17' E., 263.62 m. to point 2;
thence S. 60 deg. 27' W., 340.00 m. to point 3;
thence S. 60 deg. 27' W., 299.99 m. to point 4;

The area covered by Proclamation No. 100 dated September 10, 1966, is hereby reverted as Naval reservation.
