DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 1967, A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN DUMAGUETE CITY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL.

WHEREAS, the 24th of November marks the founding of the City of Dumaguete in Negros Oriental 19 years ago; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Dumaguete City be afforded the time to honor and celebrate the memorable occasion;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the 24th day of November, 1967, a special public holiday in the City of Dumaguete, Negros Oriental to celebrate the 19th anniversary of the founding of the said city.1aшphi1
