[ Proclamation No. 306, November 20, 1967 ]

RESERVING FOR CEMETERY SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SITIO OF CANAAM, MUNICIPALITY OF VINTAR, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE.

Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery site purposes, under the administration of the Municipal Government of Vintar, Ilocos Norte, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Sitio of Canaam, Barrio No. 15, Municipality of Vintar, Province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines.

The aforementioned parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

“Proposed Cemetery Site
(C. R.-58)

A parcel of land beginning at point which is S. 52° W. 435 m. from FZ-4 of Block X, A, or D., Project No. 9-A,

thence Due S 100 m. to point 2;

thence Due W 100 m. to point 3;

thence Due N 100 m. to point 4;

thence Due E 100 m. to point of beginning,

containing an area of ONE (1) HECTARE more or less.”
