By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby name the National Park in the District of Ermita, City of Manila, the metes and bounds of which are delimited in Proclamation No. 273 dated October 4, 1967, as Rizal Park.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
