RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MABINI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of General Services, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Municipal building site purposes under the administration of the Municipality of Mabini, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the private domain, situated in the Municipality of Mabini, Province of Davao, and more particularly described as follows:

(Municipal Building Site)

A parcel of land (Block 25 of the subdivision plan Psd-46341, being a portion of Lot 92, Psd-34108), situated in the Municipality of Mabini, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the South, points 1-2-3-4 by Road Lot 1; on the West, points 4-5 by Road Lot 1; on the North, points 5-6-7-8 by Road Lot 1; and on the East, points 8-1 by Road Lot 2 (National Highway), all of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 59 deg. 17' E., 650.03 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 20, Pantukan Cadastre,

thence N. 88 deg. 12' W., 103.50 m. to point 3;

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.L.S. Cyl. Cons. Mons. 15 x 60 cms.; bearings true; date of the Subdivision Survey, April 22 to June 12, 1955.
