RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MABINI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of General Services, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (E) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market site purposes under the administration of the Municipality of Mabini, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of land of the private domain, situated in the Municipality of Mabini, Province of Davao, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Playground Site, Block 16, of the subdivision plan Psd-46341, being a portion of Lot No. 92, Psd-34108), situated in the Municipality of Mabini, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the West points 1-2-3 by Road Lot 1; on the North, points 3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 by Road Lot 1; on the East, points 10-11-12 by Road Lot 1; and on the South East, points 12-13-1 by Road Lot 1; all of the subdivision plan. Beginning at point marked “1” on plan, being N. 18 deg. 49’E., 301.66 m. from BLLM No. 20, Pantukan Cadastre,
