REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 208, DATED OCTOBER 20, 1955, AS AMENDED, AND RESTORING THE PARCELS OF LAND SEGREGATED THEREUNDER TO THEIR FORMER STATUS AS PART OF THE SEMI-TEMPERATE FRUIT EXPERIMENT STATION RESERVED UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 743-SERIES OF 1934, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 208, dated October 20, 1955 as amended by Proclamation No. 502 dated April 21, 1958 and Proclamation No. 510 dated May 21, 1958, and restore the parcels of land segregated thereunder, subject to private rights if any there be, to their former status as part of the Semi-Temperate Fruit Experiment Station reserved under Proclamation No. 743, series of 1934, situated in the City of Baguio, under the administration of the Bureau of Plant Industry.1aшphi1
