EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 516 DATED MARCH 1, 1940 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ILAGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON, A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAID PORTION, TOGETHER WITH AN ADJACENT PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SAME MUNICIPALITY, FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provision of Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 516, dated March 1, 1940, which established the Provincial Hospital Reservation situated in the Municipality of Ilagan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, a portion (Lot 3-A, Csd-10962-D) of the land embraced therein and reserve the same, together with an adjacent parcel of land (Lot 5-A, Csd-10962-D, for building site purposes under the administration of the Philippine National Bank, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion and parcel of land are more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Record No. _____) situated in the Barrio of Calamagui (Capitol Hill), Municipality of Ilagan, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2, by Lot 3-B of the subdivision plan (Quirino Avenue ); on the NE., along line 2-3, by Lot 5-A of the subdivision plan; and on the SE. and SW., along lines 3-4-1, by Lot 3-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 46 deg. 35' W., 2759.99 m. from B.L.L.M. 1, Mp. of Ilagan, Isabela,
