RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for building site purposes under the administration of the Philippine Coconut Administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the City of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot No. 8579-A-1, Swo-13287, Cebu Cadastre Case 1, Bsd-5457, which is a portion of Block No. 5, Reclamation No. 4, Cebu City, situated in the Barrio of Terraplin, City of Cebu (formerly Municipality of Cebu), Province of Cebu. Bounded along line 1-2 by the proposed street; along line 2-3 by Lot No. 8579-A-2; along line 3-4 by Lot No. 8579-A-3, and along line 4-1 by Lot No. 8579-B. Bearing S. 19-00' E., 34.07 meters more or less, from BLLM No. 2 of the Municipality of Cebu to the point of beginning marked corner “1”

thence N. 28 deg. 27' E., 37.29 m. to point “3”;
