RESERVING FOR TRANSMITTER BUILDING AND ANTENNA PARK SITE PURPOSES OF THE CIVIL AERONAUTICS ADMINISTRATION, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for transmitter building and antenna park site purposes under the administration of the Director of Civil Aviation, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

Proposed CAA Antenna Park

A PARCEL OF LAND (the proposed CAA ANTENNA PARK), situated in Calarian, City of Zamboanga. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2, by Nation al Highway; on the E., along line 2-3, by Lots 308- and 310-A, Zamboanga Cad.; on the SW., along lines 3-4-5, by Lot 310-A, Zamboanga Cad.; and on the NW., along line 5-1, by Public Land. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached Sketch Plan,

thence S. 65 deg. 46' E., 176.90 m. to point 2;

thence S. 16 deg. 51' W., 260.05 m. to point 3;

thence N. 60 deg. 45' W., 131.29 m. to point 4;

thence N. 47 deg. 16' W., 110.64 m. to point 5;

thence N. 31 deg. 05' E., 212.83 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an approximate and subject area of FIVE (5) HECTARES, more or less.1aшphi1
