RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN MT. LUAY, TOLEDO, PROVINCE OF CEBU.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in Mt. Luay, Toledo, Cebu, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point marked “1” being S. 71 deg. 07' E., 15078.97 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 4, Municipality of Toledo, Cebu;

thence N. 79 deg. 39' E., 119.08 m. to point 2;

thence S. 9 deg. 15' W., 65.54 m. to point 3;

thence S. 51 deg. 10' E., 42.63 m. to point 4;

thence S. 47 deg. 00' W., 147.01 m. to point 5;

thence S. 68 deg. 00' W., 172.20 m. to point 6;

thence N. 21 deg. 51' W., 85.75 m. to point 7;

thence N. 40 deg. 28' E., 101.20 m. to point 8;

thence N. 50 deg. 12' E., 122.44 m. to the point of

beginning, containing an area of THIRTY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTEEN (39,717) SQUARE METERS, more or less.1aшphi1
