RESERVING FOR THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SORSOGON, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (E) of the Revised Administrative Code, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the Armed Forces of the Philippines, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, AFP, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the private domain of the Government, situated in the Municipality of Sorsogon, Province of Sorsogon, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot No. 3489, Sorsogon Cadastre No. 192, (B.L.) Case No. 1, G.L. R.O. Record No. 3156) situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Sorsogon, Province of Sorsogon. Bounded on the North by Calle Eternidad, on the East by Lot 4406, and 3492, on the South by 3490 and 3491, and on the West by Lots 3487 and 3488, and Calle Taft (now Magsaysay Street). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 53 deg., 26’W., 224.88 meters, more or less from B.B.M. No. 8, Sorsogon Cadastre No. 192;

thence N. 79 deg. 23' W., 73.53 m. to point 2;

thence N. 66 deg. 36' W., 40.71 m. to point 3;

thence N. 1 deg. 47' W., 18.66 m. to point 4;

thence N. 0 deg. 28' W., 40.58 m. to point 5;

thence N. 12 deg. 00' W., 34.45 m. to point 6;

thence N. 30 deg. 16' E., 99.24 m. to point 7;

thence S. 87 deg. 31' E., 61.47 m. to point 8;

thence S. 1 deg. 56' W., 51.12 m. to point 9;

thence S. 11 deg. 31' E., 160.39 m. to point 10;

thence N. 83 deg. 53' W., 24.19 m. to point 1,
