AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 209 DATED FEBRUARY 21, 1964, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GROUND RESERVOIR AND PUMPING STATION RESERVATION OF THE NATIONAL WATERWORKS AND SEWERAGE AUTHORITY, SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF TONDO, CITY OF MANILA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 209, dated February 21, 1964, which established the ground reservoir and pumping station reservation of the National Waterworks and Sewerage Authority, situated in the district of Tondo, City of Manila, Island of Luzon, by changing the technical descriptions of the land embraced therein so as to read as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (the Proposed Access Road and NAWASA PUMPING STATION, being a portion of the land occupied by the GREGORIO DEL PILAR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL), situated in the District of Tondo, City of Manila.
Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3, by property of Hansssermann, Cohn and Fisher and the Chiang Kai Shek High School; on the SE., along lines 3-4-5, by Estero de Magdalena; on the SW., NW. and SW., along lines 5-6-7-8, by remaining portion of GREGORIO DEL PILAR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Site; and on the NW., along line 8-1, by Abad Santos Avenue (formerly Reyna Regente Street).
Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached Sketch Plan,
thence S. 68 deg. 09' E., 95.21 m. to point 2;
thence S. 68 deg. 09' E., 110.00 m. to point 3;
thence S. 26 deg. 25' W., 34.30 m. to point 4;
thence S. 40 deg. 54' W., 32.57 m. to point 5;
thence N. 60 deg. 09' W., 96.01 m. to point 6;
thence N. 21 deg. 51' E., 55.00 m. to point 7;
thence N. 68 deg. 09' W., 95.21 m. to point 8;
thence N. 18 deg. 16' E., 10.00 m. to the point of
beginning; containing an approximate area of SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY SIX (7,766) Square Meters.
