[ Proclamation No. 277, October 7, 1967 ]

PLACING THE EXPANDED CUSTOMS ZONE AT THE MANILA SOUTH HARBOR UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION AND/OR USE OF THE BUREAU OF CUSTOMS.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby place the Customs Zone, including all buildings and other improvements thereon owned by the government and government-owned corporations, delimited under Executive Order No. 232, series of 1939, as amended by Executive Order No. 49, series of 1966, under the administration, control and use of the Bureau of Customs, subject to private rights, if any there be. All offices formerly charged with the administration of the areas affected are hereby directed to turn over to the Bureau of Customs pertinent records and contracts with respect to said land and improvements. All previous proclamations and orders contrary to or inconsistent with this proclamation are hereby revoked.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
