RESERVING FOR REGIONAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL COTTAGE INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (NACIDA) A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for regional building site purposes under the administration of the Administrator of the National Cottage Industries Development Authority (NACIDA), subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the private domain situated in the City of Davao and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 151 of the Cadastral Survey of Davao and covered by T.C.T. 6162), situated in the City of Davao. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2, by San Pedro Street; on the SE., along line 2-3, by property of Pedro Aguado; on the SW., along line 3-4, by property of E.P. Williams; and on the NW., along line 4-1, by Legaspi Street. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached sketch plan, being N. 44 deg. 03 E., 130.27 meters from Mon. 10, Davao

thence S. 52 deg. 11. min. E., 32.20 meters to point 2;

thence S. 43 deg. 11 min. W., 27.40 meters to point 3;

thence N. 49 deg. 58 min. W., 31.93 meters to point 4;

thence N. 41 deg. 44 min. E., 26.21. meters to the point of

beginning; containing an approximate area of EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY NINE (859) Square Meters.
