RESERVING FOR THE NORTHERN MINDANAO DEMONSTRATION FISH FARM, A PORTION OF PUBLIC LANDS SITUATED AT LALA, LANAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE COMMISSION OF FISHERIES.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 73 of Act No. 4003, as amended, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for Demonstration Fish Farm and for such other purposes as would develop the fishpond industry, under the administration of the Fisheries Commission, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain portion of marshy land situated in the Town of Lala, Province of Lanao del Norte, Island of Mindanao and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 3720-A of the subdivision plan Csd-6977, being a portion of Lot 3720 of Lala Public Land Subdivision, Plsp-13, L.R.C. Cad. Record No. ), situated in the Barrio of Tuna-an, Municipality of Lala, Province of Lanao del Norte, Bounded on the SW, S., SW., W., and NW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30-31-32-33-34-35-36-37-38-39-40-41-42, by Lala, River (10.00 m. wide); on the NW., along lines 42-43-44, by Lot 3720-B of the subdivision plan; on the NE., along lines 44-45-46, by Lot 3719; and on the SE., and NE., along lines 46-47-1, by Lot 3718, both of the Lala Public Land Subdivision, Pls-13.
