[ Proclamation No. 252, August 25, 1967 ]

EXTENDING THE PERIOD OF THE 1967 NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1967.

WHEREAS, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines was authorized under Proclamation No. 211 dated June 13, 1967, to conduct a fund campaign from July 1 to August 15, 1967, to attain its avowed aims and purposes; and

WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to extend the campaign period in order to insure that all elements of our local communities may be afforded the opportunity to contribute to, and give tangible expression of their support for, the Scouting Movement;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the period of the 1967 national fund campaign of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines to September 30, 1967.
